Hi cuties and welcome back to another Create A Sim challenge in the Sims 4! Today we're trying to create the most realistic sim we can using a bunch of alpha. May 29, 2015 I agree the blooms feet looked much better in the sims 2, not so good in the sims 3, I'm using a replacement body from SexySims that has a pregnancy mesh that seems to be a much better body then the default EA body, do the feet look better, I'm not sure as its been so long since I seen the EA version but its the best body out there that I'm.

Some mods I love for realism; No fridge shopping (sims have to buy their food from the store), workout costs money, no free work performance, and sim drinks (sims get drunk at varying levels, depending on how much and what they drink). All of which can be found at the NRAAS site.

Ooh also - do you happen to know which NRAAS mods has each of the features u mentioned? If not it is totally fine! There are just a lot of different NRAAS mods so it is a bit confusing - edited April 2017
Don't be afraid to ask for assistance at NRaas. I promise, we don't bite. We don't even bark. If you look down the side of our homepage, especially at Ani's mods listed at the end as she turned them over to us upon her retirement from TS3 modding, I think you can figure out which ones disallow shopping from the fridge and free workouts and which one is the Drinks mod.
Homeworld Uni is kind of a Do It Yourself project, although there are some pretty great looking ones from other designers available for download and placement. The NRaas Careers mod is required.

(look for the Homeworld Uni section on that page)
There are a ton of interesting custom careers out there that also require the Careers base mod (at least). Some of my favorites are from here:

Subway Maintenance makes for a nice low paying one, if you have subways. Her Bartending career, the rabbithole kind (not to be confused with Mixology at a LN bar on-screen) actually pays a negative hourly wage for the first couple of levels. One of my sims is at Level 4 or something and just worked really, really hard to earn an unexpected §1/hr raise and a §2 bonus or something like that. That one can be really challenging to work through.
If you're going to charge for taxis (unfortunately this only works for the active household), may as well do so for subways too.

And who ever said gasoline (petrol) should be free?

(I've had a fair amount of trouble getting this one to work as expected, but others have reported more success with it)
I also use what is currently the beta testing version of NRaas GoHere (v44) to charge admission to open community lots that the game alone never did -- museums, community gardens, gyms, dance clubs, sometimes parks, etc. To an extent, similar things can be arranged with the Barrier to Entry store items originally from the Cinema set.

Can't point you towards an online Uni, but how about an Online Center and a way to Study Skills Online?

I think many will agree though that the mod that adds the most to realism is NRaas StoryProgression. With its optional SP Money module, all kinds of misc charges for things can be worked with including varying levels of income and property tax. And, when you get carried away with all of that, it also provides for Welfare and Social Security for the truly needy. But of course NRaas SP does much more than just money management.

NRaas has moved!
Our new site is at http://nraas.net - I've had to use AM to disable the automated school assignments because they would cause school overcrowding and it's more realistic to have to enroll children or kids into school manually anyways.I also use a Mod from MTS to fully disable the awful curfew system.
Sounds cool!! Do you know the name of the mods?

Wow thanks sooo much for all the info!!! Very helpful i appreciate it so much - @notetoself00x I totally get it, NRAAS can be overwhelming at first but like @igazor said, it's okay to ask questions and there are a ton of people willing to help. I just took a look and the ones I listed are pretty much the actual names for each mod. You'll find them in the sidebar, under Ani Mods
